I was first drawn to computers when the Macintosh came out and allowed you to interact as an artist not a computer scientist. As a graphic designer I soon found myself salivating over every new piece of software put out by Adobe (Thank God for postscript). At about that time I was presented with an opportunity to work at a national laboratory supercomputing center as the creative director for the visualization and imaging team. We used some amazing high-end animation packages such as Wavefront on Unix machines to create animations and visualizations to demonstrate scientifc research which was either on a microscopic or macroscopic level. This led to 3D world creation and the development of a virtual reality capability at the laboratory. I have designed, developed, and deployed numerous websites for commercial, corporate, and government clients. My love though is working on projects for fellow musicians, they're good folk, plus, I get a copy of their music. I have included a screen shot and links to a few websites for you to check Click here for a copy of my professional resume.
